Boarding 101
- *For peak season (summer and all holidays) reservation requests: If the room size you requested is not available, we will book you in the next size up (or down) and inform you of the change. To avoid room size changes during summer months, please request your reservations at least 2-3 weeks prior to your desired check in date (2-3 months for major holidays).
- A nonrefundable $25 deposit is required to book any boarding reservation (holidays are $50)
- All cats must be current on both FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations before entering the facility. Cats that are more than 6 months expired on FVRCP must receive their latest shots no less than 72 hrs prior to checking in. The 72 hour rule does NOT apply to the Rabies vaccine.
- Short notice reservations (within 24 hrs) may be subject to a $20 fee in the rare chance we have availability.
- To request a boarding reservation, you must first have a profile built in our system. By registering in our system, please note that you are opting in to receiving text/SMS reminders, but you may opt out at any time.
GROOMING 101
- To make a grooming appointment (separate from boarding), please complete the New Customer form below, then call 719-602-6081 to schedule. We cannot hold or book an appointment without a profile made in our system. By registering in our system, please note that you are opting in to receiving text/SMS reminders, but you may opt out at any time.
